Booking terms

Your request

Ask for a space with the date, times and number of guests. A request is not a booking. We reply on WhatsApp with a quote in BDS.

Holding your date

When we send a quote we hold the date for you for 72 hours. If the deposit is not in by then, we may offer the date to someone else.

Deposit and balance

Your booking is confirmed when we receive the deposit, 50 percent of the quote unless your quote says otherwise. The balance is due 14 days before the event.

Pay by bank transfer, card, or cash at the office. All amounts are in BDS.

Cancelling

Tell us on WhatsApp. Cancel 30 days or more before the event and we refund the deposit. After that the deposit is kept.

On the day

  • Leave the space as you found it. Damage and extra cleaning are charged at cost.
  • Music ends when your booking ends.
  • Alcohol is served only by Pelican Island's licensed tenants.
  • For a large event we may ask you to hold event insurance. We say so with the quote.
